During this second year project, groups of four Product Design Engineers were tasked to ergonomically assess a product or vehicle of their choice. Students were expected to create a model of their product or vehicle in Siemens CAD software NX 8.5 and then transfer it into the software SAMMIE V for ergonomic testing.

I worked on the CAD modelling (seen below) and analyzing the ergonomics of the digger cabin. After the ergonomic assessment, we decided how the digger's design could be improved. I re-designed the cabin ventilation system, seat design and the cabin door.
